Thermometer reads GTM container configuration to detect double-firing tags, duplicate measurement IDs, and misconfigured triggers that skew attribution and conversion reporting.
Compliance & security
Thermometer requests minimum read-only scopes for Google Ads, Search Console, Analytics, and Tag Manager. No live SERP scraping. No PII ingestion — analytics are processed at aggregate parameter level. Tenant data is encrypted at rest.

Google Ads API usage
Thermometer uses the Google Ads API under Basic Access for read-only reporting: active keyword bids, impressions, costs, CTRs, and responsive ad configurations. These metrics are cross-referenced with Search Console and GA4 data inside the platform. Thermometer does not programmatically pause campaigns, change bids, or alter budgets.
